TetraOm FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

To create your profile, you’ll usually need your birth date and place (city/country). If you know your birth time, add it for best precision. If you don’t, you can still start—TetraOm can generate a consistent baseline profile and you can refine it later if you find more accurate details.

TetraOm is built around timing and personal patterns. Birth date and place anchor the calculation to real-world astronomical cycles, and birth time can improve precision—especially for time-sensitive layers where smaller differences can matter.

You can still use TetraOm. When the exact birth time isn’t available, a neutral default can be used to generate a stable starting profile. If you later learn your birth time (even more accurately), updating it can improve precision and make certain insights sharper.

In most cases, yes—profile details can be edited inside the app. If you don’t see an edit option, use the support channel listed in the app or on the store listing to get help.

TetraOm brings together multiple knowledge traditions to translate rhythm into practical guidance: Astronomy (cycles and timing), Human Design (personal energy mechanics), the I Ching (pattern language), and Hermetic principles (symbolic structure). You don’t need to study any of them—TetraOm uses them “under the hood” to produce clear, readable outputs.

You sign in using Apple, Google, or Facebook. TetraOm does not store your password—authentication is handled by your chosen sign-in provider.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). TetraOm does not collect or store your card number, security code, or payment credentials—billing is processed by the store provider.

You manage your subscription through your Apple ID subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). This is also where you can cancel, change plans, or see renewal details.

They are daily layers. They describe the current day’s pulse and the axis the moment tends to move along—so you’re reading a living “today view,” not a permanent label.

Cycles are longer timing layers: the Lunar Return covers a shorter period (roughly month-scale) and the Solar Return covers a longer period (year-scale). Inside the app you’ll see the active dates for each cycle, so you always know which timeframe you’re reading.

Compatibility requires details for both people in order to calculate a real relationship map. If you enter someone else’s details, do it with their knowledge and permission—Compatibility is designed for clarity, and consent matters.

If notifications are enabled, TetraOm can notify you when certain items are ready (for example, when a requested Personal Reading is prepared). You can control notification permissions in your device settings.

First, double-check your birth date and birth place. If your birth time is unknown, remember the profile is based on a neutral default until you refine it. Also make sure you’re on the latest app version. If something still looks off, contact support with a short description of what you’re seeing.

Use the support option inside the app (if available) or the contact method listed on the App Store / Google Play product page. When you write, include your device type (iOS/Android) and the screen name where the issue appears—this speeds things up.
